Our Boiler Stopped Working

Our 18 year boiler stopped working suddenly.

I phoned the office and very quickly was advised that an engineer would call that day. The engineer arrived and the fault was diagnosed. The end result was that a new boiler after a discussion regarding the options and costs.

The following week the new boiler was installed. It was impossible to know that an engineer had been at the property as everything was cleared, hoovered and left clean.
